Alex has over 25 years of technology and consulting leadership experience working at major technology organizations that include Microsoft, Accenture, KPMG and SAP.

Alex has extensive experience in consulting practice development and management, IT service management (ITSM), ServiceNow, program/project management, organizational change management, IT operating model and IT strategy for Fortune 500 clients. Alex has worked across numerous industry verticals (technology, media and entertainment, financial services and healthcare) and internationally (Latin America, Europe, India and Asia Pacific). Alex currently works at SAP, serving as Head of Service Management Transformation, managing a large team of global process experts, suppliers and senior developers for the Global Cloud Services (GCS) organization where he is responsible for leading the overall IT Service Management program.
